Careers at Prata Health
Concierge Nursing Jobs, Scottsdale
We are building a small, deliberate team of clinicians, and we are hiring for concierge nursing jobs, Scottsdale based, that work the way nursing should. If you have spent years in hospital units or home health and felt the work being squeezed into fifteen-minute visits and impossible ratios, this is the other side of that. Prata Health is a private-duty practice where one nurse leads one family's care, with the time and authority to do it well.
We were founded by Bianca Fabbo, MSN-ed, RN, AMB-BC, who started this company because of what she saw wrong in healthcare. That conviction shapes how we staff. We hire experienced registered nurses for home care across Arizona and give them the caseload, the support, and the respect that good clinical judgment requires.
Why nurses choose to work here
Most agencies hire caregivers and check in on them. We do the opposite. Every Prata Health client has a registered nurse leading their care, which means our nurses own the clinical relationship instead of executing someone else's plan. You assess, you coordinate with physicians, you adjust the care plan, and you stay with the same family long enough to actually know them.
We are RN-led from the top down. Our founder, Bianca Fabbo, MSN-ed, RN, AMB-BC, is a practicing nurse, not an administrator who left the bedside a decade ago. When you bring a clinical question to her, you get a real answer from someone who still works at the bedside. The clients are private-pay individuals and families in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Desert Mountain, and Fountain Hills, so the visits are unhurried and the standard is high.
- You lead the care, you are not assigned to it. One nurse, one family, real continuity.
- RN-led practice founded by a nurse who still works at the bedside.
- Manageable caseloads that protect the depth of care, not volume targets.
- Premium private-duty clients who value clinical expertise and time.
- A founder who still practices and treats clinicians like clinicians.
The kinds of roles we hire for
We hire for the work we actually do, which centers on registered nurses delivering skilled care in the home. We are a private-duty nursing practice, not a hospital float pool, so the roles share a common thread: sustained, relationship-based care for one client at a time. Specialty experience matters less than judgment, communication, and the patience to manage a complex situation over weeks and months.
We do not list fabricated openings here. Roles open as our caseload grows, and we keep applications on file so we can reach the right person quickly. If your background fits the work below, we want to hear from you whether or not a posting is live today.
- Registered nurses (RN) for private-duty and skilled home care
- Post-surgery recovery nurses (plastic, orthopedic, cardiac, neurology recovery at home)
- Aging-in-place and chronic condition management nurses (CHF, COPD, diabetes, medication management)
- End-of-life and hospice support nurses working alongside families at home
- Health navigation support for clinicians who excel at coordinating care across providers
What we look for in a candidate
An active, unencumbered Arizona RN license is the baseline. Beyond that, we look for clinical experience that translates to the home setting, where you are often the only licensed person in the room and your assessment is the one that counts. Home health, ICU, med-surg, oncology, and post-acute backgrounds all transfer well.
Just as important is fit. Our clients invite us into their homes and, often, into the hardest seasons of their lives. We hire nurses who are warm, discreet, dependable, and genuinely good with people, the kind of clinician a family would want sitting at their kitchen table. A clean background check and reliable transportation across the Scottsdale and greater Phoenix service area round out the basics.
- Active, unencumbered Arizona RN license (current BLS; ACLS a plus where relevant)
- Clinical experience that transfers to the home (home health, ICU, med-surg, oncology, post-acute)
- Strong assessment skills and sound independent judgment
- Warmth, discretion, and dependability with high-net-worth families
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area
